Clutch wear occurs on every car, it can be affected by style of driving or miles driven. Replacing the clutch on most cars, requires removal of the gearbox.
We recommend replacing the entire clutch kit - clutch plate, pressure plate and the thrust bearing. Some cars have a dual mass fly wheel, we check the play in the unit to ensure it is working within tolerance.
Due to the work involved in disassembly its often best to carry out all replacement at the same time. Parts can be less cost than the time involved in doing the work.
